The coronavirus has a firm grip on Austria! This situation will not change at least until April 13. Whether normality can be returned to afterward is also not foreseeable at this point in time. Personal visits by our clients to properties on-site are unfortunately not possible at the moment, but viewings themselves do not have to be completely cancelled! For each residential property, a virtual 360° tour is available on our website, where you can get to know your dream property completely independent of time and day. Our agents are also happy to guide you through these online viewings via a phone call. Additionally, we offer you remote viewings via WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Duo. During these, one of our agents will take you to your desired property through video calls, allowing you to view it and ask your questions directly to the agent at the same time. So, it’s almost just like before. You also don’t need to miss out on contract signings and other services; even these can be easily handled from home. Therefore, you don’t need to worry about this: We are technically well-equipped for you.
