This situation will not change at least until April 13th. Whether it will be possible to return to normal afterwards is still uncertain at this point. Unfortunately, personal viewings of properties on-site for our clients are currently not possible, but viewings do not have to be completely cancelled! On our website, you can find a virtual 360° tour for each residential property, allowing you to get to know your dream property independently of time and date. Our agents are also happy to guide you through these online viewings during a phone call. Additionally, we offer remote viewings via Whatsapp, Facetime, or Duo. During these, one of our agents will take you into your desired property via video call, allowing you to view it and ask your questions directly to the agent at the same time. So, everything is almost as it usually is. You also don’t have to miss out on contract signings and other services; even those can be easily managed from home. Therefore, you don't need to worry in this regard: We are technically well-equipped for you.
