This situation will not change at least until April 13. Whether normality can be returned to afterwards is still uncertain at this point in time. Nevertheless, everyone in Austria must fulfill their obligations and maintain economic life as much as possible without endangering others. VIRTUAL TOURS FROM HOME

Personal visits to properties by our clients on-site are unfortunately not possible at the moment, but viewings do not have to be completely cancelled! On our website, a virtual 360° tour is available for each residential property, allowing you to explore your dream property independently of the time of day. Our agents are also happy to guide you through these online viewings in a phone call. Additionally, we offer remote viewings via Whatsapp, Facetime, or Duo. During these, one of our agents will take you via video call to your desired property, giving you the opportunity to view it and ask your questions directly to the agent in real time. So everything is almost as it used to be. You also don’t have to forgo contract signings and other services; these can easily be handled from home. So you don’t need to worry about this: We are technically well equipped for you.
