The coronavirus has truly taken hold of Austria! Even in Vienna, the city that never sleeps, it has become very quiet: Austrians are taking the measures and restrictions of the federal government seriously and are staying home as much as possible. This situation will not change at least until April 13. Whether we can return to normal thereafter is still uncertain at this point. Nevertheless, everyone in Austria must fulfill their obligations and maintain economic activities as much as possible without endangering others. VISITS FROM HOME

Unfortunately, personal visits to our clients in real estate on-site are currently not possible, but viewings do not necessarily have to be completely canceled! On our website, you can find a virtual 360° tour for each residential property, where you can get to know your dream property completely independent of the day and time. Our agents are also happy to guide you through these online viewings in a phone call. Additionally, we offer remote viewings via WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Duo. During these, one of our agents will take you into your desired property via video call, allowing you to view it and ask your questions directly to the agent. So everything is almost like it used to be. You also do not have to miss out on contract signings and other services; these can also be easily handled from home. So you don't need to worry about this: we are technically well-equipped for you.
