Most stores are closed, planned events and fairs, including the real estate fair, have been canceled, and the population is urged not to leave their homes. The coronavirus has fully taken hold of Austria! Even in Vienna, the city that never sleeps, it has become very quiet: Austrians are taking the measures and restrictions of the government seriously and are staying home as much as possible. This situation will not change at least until April 13. Whether we can return to normal afterwards is not yet foreseeable at this time. Nevertheless, everyone in Austria must fulfill their obligations and maintain economic life as much as possible without endangering others. We at AKKADIA have also thought extensively about how we can best support our clients in this difficult situation. Therefore, we have organized our technical setup so that all our services related to our real estate offerings can also be conducted online from home. Because we care about you.

VISITS FROM HOME

Personal visits by our clients to properties on-site are unfortunately not possible at the moment, but viewings do not have to be completely cancelled! A virtual 360° tour is available for each residential property on our website, allowing you to get to know your dream property independently of the time and day. Our agents are also happy to guide you through these online viewings during a phone call. Additionally, we offer remote viewings via WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Duo. During these, one of our agents will take you through your desired property via video call, giving you the opportunity to view it and ask your questions directly to the agent. So, it's almost like normal. You also do not have to forgo contract signings and other services; these can also be easily handled from home. You don’t need to worry about this: we are technically well-equipped for you.
