This situation will not change at least until April 13. Whether one can return to normality afterwards is still uncertain at this point. Personal visits to our clients in properties on-site are currently unfortunately not possible, but viewings do not have to be completely cancelled! On our website, a virtual 360° tour is available for every residential property, where you can get to know your dream property independently of the time of day. Our agents are also happy to guide you through these online viewings over the phone. Additionally, we offer remote viewings via WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Duo. During these, one of our agents will take you into your desired property via video call, allowing you to view it and directly ask your questions to the agent. So it’s almost like it used to be. You also do not have to forego contract completions and other services; these can be easily handled from home as well. So you don’t need to worry about this: We are technically well-equipped for you.
