The coronavirus has a firm grip on Austria! Even in Vienna, the city that never sleeps, it has become very quiet: Austrians are taking the measures and restrictions of the federal government seriously and are staying at home as much as possible. This situation will not change at least until April 13. Whether we can return to normality afterward is not foreseeable at this time. Nevertheless, all individuals in Austria must fulfill their obligations and maintain economic life as much as possible without endangering their fellow human beings. VISITS FROM HOME

Unfortunately, personal viewings of properties on-site for our clients are currently not possible, but viewings themselves do not have to be completely canceled! A virtual 360° tour is available for every residential property on our website, where you can get to know your dream property independently of time and date. Our agents are also happy to conduct these online viewings with you over the phone. Additionally, we offer remote viewings via WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Duo. During this, one of our agents will take you via video call into your desired property, giving you the opportunity to view it and ask your questions directly to the agent in the meantime. So everything is almost just like before. You also don’t have to do without contract signings and other services; even those can be easily handled from home. So, you don’t have to worry about this: We are technically well-equipped for you.
