Here, the architectural language is reduced, clear, modern: single-surface oak floors, smooth real wood doors, Tupai fittings in natural aluminum. A deliberate statement – so that the new does not imitate the old but complements it.

A newly installed elevator provides barrier-free access to all floors, new steel balconies extend the living space with valuable outdoor areas, and an ETA pellet heating system with a 22-ton tank volume supplies the house with climate-friendly warmth via underfloor heating with individual room control. It is this connection – out of respect for the existing structure and a consistently future-oriented expansion – that characterizes the project. Completion of the attic and ground floor apartments is planned for the end of Q4 2026.

The 16th district of Vienna has developed into one of the most exciting residential neighborhoods in the city in recent years. Nestled between Brunnenmarkt and Yppenplatz, right in one of the liveliest quarters of Vienna.
